Hazelnut

HAZELNUT IN SHELL

Definition: It is the hazelnut kernel with its outer shell surrounding it.

Origin: Levant , Akçakoca, Giresun / Turkey

Length: 17mm + , 18mm + , 19mm + lengths

Packaging: 20 - 50 - 75 kg jute sacks

Usage areas: It is consumed plain, roasted or roasted and salted as nuts .

 

 

 

 

 


NATURAL HAZELNUT

Definition: It is the inner state of the hazelnut that has been removed from the hard fruit shell.

Origin: Levant , Akçakoca, Giresun / Turkey

Length: 9-11mm, 10-11mm, 11-13mm, 13-15mm, 14-16mm or 9-15mm lengths with 1-2mm intervals

Packaging: 50 – 80 kg jute sacks

Areas of Use: It is used as a snack, in nuts and in pastry.

 

 

 

 


ROASTED HAZELNUT

Description: It is a product prepared by roasting the hazelnuts at the desired humidity level (between 0.8 - 3%), removing the membrane and selecting the desired membrane ratio.

Origin: Levant , Akçakoca, Giresun / Turkey

Length: 9-11mm, 10-11mm, 11-13mm, 13-15mm, 14-16mm or 9-15mm lengths with 1-2mm intervals

Packaging: 25 - 50 kg Nylon sack

BLEACHED HAZELNUT SHELTER

Description: It is a product prepared by roasting the hazelnuts at the desired moisture level (between 3 - 5%), removing the membrane and selecting the desired membrane ratio.

Origin: Levant , Akçakoca, Giresun / Turkey

Length: 9-11mm, 10-11mm, 11-13mm, 13-15mm, 14-16mm or 9-15mm lengths with 1-2mm intervals

CHOPPED HAZELNUT

Description: It is a product obtained by chopping the hazelnut kernels into small pieces. It can be made in two varieties, roasted and blanched, according to customer request. The moisture content for roasted chopped hazelnuts is between 0.8 and 3%, and for blanched chopped hazelnuts, the humidity is between 3 and 5% at the desired humidity level and in different membrane ratios.

Length: In desired length ranges between 0-12mm , in lengths of 1-3mm, 2-4mm, 3-5mm, 4-6mm, 5-7mm, 4-8mm, 5-11mm, 7-11mm, 0-10mm

SLICED HAZELNUT

Description: It is obtained by slicing blanched or natural hazelnuts lengthwise. Slices produced from blanched hazelnuts have a moisture content of 4-5%, while slices produced from natural hazelnuts have a moisture content of 4-6%.

Origin: Levant , Akçakoca, Giresun / Turkey

Length: 0.7-1.3mm in desired ranges

Packaging: In cardboard boxes with 10 - 15 - 20 kg nylon bags

Areas of Use: Used in pastry, biscuits and chocolates.

 

 

 

 

 


HAZELNUT FLOUR

Description: It is the product obtained by grinding hazelnut kernels. Three types of roasted, blanched and natural can be made according to customer request. The desired moisture content is between 0.8 and 3% for roasted hazelnut flour, between 3 and 5% for white hazelnut flour, and between 4 and 6% for natural hazelnut flour.

Longitude: 0-2mm, 0-3mm

HAZELNUT PUREE

Description: It is obtained by crushing the roasted hazelnuts in accordance with the technique. There are three color types: light, medium and dark. It can be made in desired color tones with different roasting parameters.
